  • Conduct and publish high-quality research in leading academic journals, contributing to the department’s global reputation.
  • Mentor colleagues and support early-career researchers in developing impactful research profiles.
  • Teach and lead programs across undergraduate, postgraduate, and executive education in international business and strategy.
  • Contribute to securing external research funding and grant applications.
  • Engage with the academic and business community through conferences, workshops, and collaborative projects.

Candidate Profile

  • PhD in Management, International Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Sustained record of high-quality research and growing international reputation.
  • Experience in teaching and leadership at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to secure and manage external research funding.
  • Commitment to interdisciplinary research and innovation in international business and strategy.

Start Date

  • The appointment is expected to begin August/September 2026.
