- Support regulatory and customer audits, providing safety data, analysis, and evidence of compliance.
- Manage external safety reporting to customers and national aviation authorities.
- Lead and facilitate Safety Action Groups, ensuring effective communication and dissemination of safety information.
- Support a Just Culture through independent reviews of investigations and transparent safety reporting.
- Monitor and interpret regulatory changes, ensuring SMS documentation and practices remain current.
- Manage the Airworthiness Directives (ADs) process to maintain ongoing airworthiness and compliance.
- Contribute to external safety audits and continuous improvement of safety processes.

- Experience in problem-solving and root cause analysis techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels — including senior leadership, regulatory bodies, and customer representatives.
Desired Characteristics
- Experience in Product Safety or Safety Management Systems within aviation or a similar regulated industry.
- Understanding of Quality Systems in an aerospace or maintenance environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of influencing and collaborating across teams.
- Demonstrated flexibility and initiative, with the ability to work independently while supporting team objectives.
