About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Building Management Systems (BMS) Engineer to join our cross-functional Engineering Division at Optimised.
In this role, you’ll be part of a collaborative technical team delivering high-quality BMS maintenance, optimisation, and project works on Trend, Cylon, and Tridium systems.

You’ll be responsible for performing planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance, system optimisation, and fault finding to ensure the efficient and sustainable operation of our clients’ sites. Our client base includes leading brands, and we take pride in providing premium-quality service and delivery on every project.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out site-based and remote BMS maintenance and optimisation.

Diagnose and resolve control system issues, identifying root causes from software to HVAC plant.

Deliver project works, including system integration, commissioning, and energy optimisation.

Liaise effectively with internal management, clients, and third parties to meet project objectives.

Support and participate in the installation and commissioning of BMS equipment.

Develop and implement BMS and energy-saving solutions across client portfolios.

Contribute to team development by sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues, and enhancing overall project delivery.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring sites operate efficiently and sustainably.

What We’re Looking For

Essential Qualifications & Experience

Proven experience in Building Management Systems maintenance and optimisation.

Qualification in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (HNC/ONC or equivalent).

Trend qualifications or equivalent practical experience (Tridium, Cylon, or Delta systems desirable).

ECS/CSCS Gold Card holder.

Full UK driving licence.

Right to work in the UK (Visa sponsorship available for eligible international candidates).
