Job Description
About the Role
Kraft Heinz has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Strategy Manager to join our UK & Ireland (UKI) business unit. Reporting to the Head of Strategy and Revenue Growth, you will be a key member of our in-house Strategy & Consulting Team, driving major strategic initiatives and influencing the long-term direction of the business.
This role offers high exposure to senior leadership, opportunities to work on high-impact projects, and the chance to help shape the future of one of the world’s most iconic food companies.
What You’ll Do
As Senior Strategy Manager, you’ll act as a trusted strategic partner to the UKI and European Leadership Teams, contributing to both the design and delivery of our 3-year strategic plan.
Your key responsibilities include:
Develop and refine the UKI Strategy, focusing on:
Where to play: Identify priority segments, channels, demand spaces, and consumer targets.
How to win: Define key initiatives in areas such as brand communication, innovation, revenue growth, and channel execution.
Lead high-impact strategic projects, such as:
Brand performance analysis and development of growth initiatives.
Foodservice and “Away From Home” strategy design — identifying priority accounts and win strategies.
Value engineering and operational benchmarking projects.
Perform deep analysis using external benchmarking, stakeholder interviews, and complex data sets to deliver clear, actionable recommendations.
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across the UKI and Europe, building strong relationships while maintaining focus on long-term growth.
Simplify complexity — translating insights and data into compelling recommendations and presentations for senior stakeholders.
What You’ll Need
We’re looking for a strategic, analytical, and collaborative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Essential requirements:
Proven experience in a Strategy or Consulting role (approx. 5 years in consultancy or 7 years in-house).
Background in a top-tier Strategy Consultancy or FMCG Strategy function (required).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sense of imperfect data.
Excellent communication skills, with confidence presenting to senior leaders.
Experience conducting stakeholder interviews and translating insights into strategy.
Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant discipline.
Please note: Only candidates meeting the above experience criteria can be considered at this stage.
