Role Overview

We are seeking highly skilled Electrical Linemen who are adaptable, safety-conscious, and possess a strong work history. Responsibilities may vary depending on assignment and location.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and uphold strict health and safety standards.

Perform duties typical of an Electrical Lineman, including:

Rigging tasks.

Blocking and suspension assignments.

Earthing operations.

Jumpering tasks.

In-situ steel replacement.

Accurately interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Demonstrate diligence, teamwork, and support for managerial decisions.

Working Hours

9–10 hours per day, with seasonal variations.

Flexible working patterns may be offered based on target achievement.

Candidate Requirements

Essential Experience:

Minimum of 3 years as an Electrical Lineman.

Prior experience working at height.

Hands-on experience with High Voltage (HV) Transmission Lines.

Knowledge of HV Overhead Line (OHL) Tension/Stringing.

Familiarity with tower assembly techniques.

Desirable Skills:

Relevant technical qualifications.

Experience with puller/tensioner, erection, or tractor winch operations.

Valid UK driving license (support may be provided for conversion).

Non-UK Applicants:

Eligibility under the Skilled Worker Visa requirements, including:

Proof of English language proficiency (e.g., UKVI IELTS).

Clear tuberculosis test results (if applicable).

Clean immigration history.
