Support the education and development of the wider multidisciplinary team (MDT), including nurses, doctors, and support staff.

Contribute to clinical governance, audit, and service improvement initiatives.

Collaborate with key internal and external partners including:

CED nursing, clerical, and medical teams

Orthopaedic, ENT, Maxillofacial, and Surgical specialties

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

Current UK NMC registration (RN Child or RSCN)

Significant post-registration experience in paediatric urgent or emergency care

Evidence of advanced practice training (e.g., minor injury/illness, ENP qualification, or equivalent)

Excellent clinical assessment, diagnostic, and decision-making skills
