Job Description

About Give Directly

Give Directly (GD) transforms international giving by sending cash directly to people living in extreme poverty. Since 2011, we’ve raised over $1B and reached 1.5 million people across 15 countries, while also advancing pioneering research on the impact of cash transfers.

Our mission is bold: make cash transfers the benchmark for global aid – just as index funds transformed finance. Recognized by Fast Company as one of the most innovative non-profits, GD’s work has been featured in The New York Times Magazine, This American Life, Foreign Affairs, and The Economist.

We are a global, diverse team of 800+ staff working across 21 countries. Our culture is candid, analytical, fast-moving, and inclusive, grounded in our values of impact, transparency, and respect for the people we serve.
