Key Responsibilities
Represent the Trust within the NHS, community, and partner organizations, promoting collaborative, integrated working to deliver the best outcomes for patient care.
Lead and contribute to professional and clinical committees or projects, both within the Trust and externally.
Provide credible, dynamic leadership in addressing complex operational and service challenges within the clinical area.
Ensure that all stages of the patient pathway are aligned, with staff fully understanding their roles in delivering safe, high-quality care.
Promote and share best practice across teams, celebrating excellence in patient care.
Professional Development and Clinical Duties
Maintain personal and professional development, keeping up to date with new practices, innovations, and future developments in healthcare.
Undertake clinical work as required to maintain professional registration and to provide support to the team.
Participate in the Trust’s on-call management rota.
