The Role
We are seeking an International Student Recruitment Manager to lead front-line recruitment activities across East Asia and the UK international market, with a focus on Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, and South Korea.
In this role, you will:
Develop and deliver effective recruitment strategies and activities in the designated markets
Maximise impact within budget and time constraints, ensuring strong return on investment
Build relationships with key stakeholders to drive applications and enrolments
Contribute to the University’s global visibility and reputation in international education
About You
The successful candidate will bring:
Significant experience in higher education, with a focus on international recruitment
Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
A proven track record of meeting ambitious recruitment targets
In-depth knowledge of international student markets, particularly East Asia
