The Role
The Alumni and Supporter Relations team leads UCL’s relationships with alumni and supporters in London, across the UK, and worldwide.
As Alumni and Supporter Relations Manager (Faculties), you will:
Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of our alumni engagement programme.
Strengthen relationships between faculties, departments, and their alumni communities.
Develop and deliver alumni engagement activities including communications, events, and volunteering opportunities.
Support faculty colleagues in embedding alumni engagement into their strategies and activities.
This role offers the opportunity to make a significant contribution to alumni relations at UCL, building a culture of lifelong connection and support.
About You
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:
Experience in relationship management and independently leading multiple projects.
Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders.
Experience in planning and delivering events and activities.
Strategic thinking and creativity in alumni or stakeholder engagement.
We welcome applications from candidates with transferable skills and experience outside of Higher Education.
