About the Role
Henley Business School is expanding its Degree Apprenticeship portfolio and has an exciting opportunity for a Programme Director to lead our Level 6 Digital & Technology Solutions Professional Apprenticeship.
You will play a central role in shaping, delivering, and maintaining a high-quality programme that aligns with the Apprenticeship Standard and the Ofsted Inspection Framework. This includes overseeing programme design, ensuring high standards in teaching and assessment, and coordinating contributions from Module Convenors, Learning Coaches, and Apprenticeship Tutors.
The role also includes teaching responsibilities, project supervision, academic tutoring, and assessment. In addition, you will engage in scholarship to keep teaching current and relevant, contributing to policy, practice, and academic debate. Scholarship outputs may include case studies, white papers, working papers, and journal articles.
About You
You will bring:
A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Management, or a closely related discipline.
Teaching experience in higher education.
Strong knowledge of digital and technology solutions relevant to the apprenticeship.
A proven ability to design, deliver, and manage high-quality programmes.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
A collaborative approach, with the ability to work across teams and lead by example.
