Deliver nurse-led assessments, supporting patient care planning and assisting with preoperative preparation for surgery.
Prioritise workload effectively, managing the changing acuity of patients to ensure safety and quality care.
Support patients in preparing for surgery and assist with post-operative care when required.
Facilitate safe discharges and plan appropriate admissions to hospital based on clinical needs.
