About the Role

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Caregivers in Cheltenham. Whether you are an experienced carer or completely new to the care sector, we provide full paid training, induction, and ongoing support to help you succeed in this rewarding role.

As a Care Assistant, you will support people in their own homes, helping them remain safe, comfortable, and independent.

What We Offer

Competitive hourly pay: £13.50 – £18.72

Paid mileage between client visits

Your Responsibilities

Delivering personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)

Assisting with or administering medication (training provided)

Preparing meals and supporting hydration

Light household tasks

Providing companionship and emotional support

What We’re Looking For

No prior care experience required – just a caring, respectful, and reliable attitude

Must live in or near Cheltenham

Full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential)

Right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available)

Flexibility to work on a rota, including days, evenings, and weekends
