Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Learning Assistant to join our team on a temporary, supply basis. In this role, you will support a student with additional support needs within a class group setting. Working closely with the lecturer, you will provide tailored assistance to help the learner successfully complete their programme of study during this important stage of the academic year.

This role is well-suited to individuals with a genuine interest in inclusive education, strong communication skills, and the flexibility to adapt support to the learner’s needs. It may also appeal to current students who are keen to mentor peers on lower-level programmes, sharing their own learning experiences.

If you enjoy working with people, want to make a positive difference to learners’ education and wellbeing, and can play a supportive role in helping students reach their goals, this could be the opportunity for you.
