The Role
We are seeking an experienced Property Administrator to provide essential support in managing the University’s investment property portfolio, which includes a wide range of assets and prime land for commercial development.
In this role, you will:
Maintain and update property records and lease documentation on the Property Terrier system
Support the CAFM system to ensure data accuracy
Assist with business rates and departmental finance tasks
Provide key administrative support to the surveying team to ensure efficient management of the portfolio

About the Property Team
The Property Team manages a multi-million-pound portfolio of around 250 properties across all asset classes. Income generated supports the University’s teaching and research. The team’s work includes:
Commercial land development and asset management
Property valuations, acquisitions, and disposals
Oversight of business rates and insurance
Acting as the University’s in-house, RICS-accredited real estate experts
About You
We are looking for someone with:
Strong administration and organizational skills, ideally gained in commercial or residential property
Experience in property administration, including tenancy records and CAFM systems
Excellent communication skills to work with tenants and stakeholders at all levels
Good IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and confidence with financial systems
The ability to priorities, problem-solve, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
A collaborative approach, working effectively across teams
