About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and organized Student Recruitment Officer to join Henley Business School. This role supports the Recruitment Manager in achieving postgraduate taught programme recruitment targets across the UK, Europe, CIS, and The Americas.
You will help design, deliver, and monitor student recruitment activity, focusing on generating leads, nurturing prospects, and converting applications into enrolments. The potholder will manage recruitment events, communications, and candidate pipelines for a portfolio of programmes, ensuring targets are met and students receive an excellent recruitment experience.
Key Responsibilities
Support recruitment campaigns for postgraduate programmes.
Plan and deliver events and activities to attract prospective students.
Manage communication with applicants and leads, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up.
Track and oversee the student pipeline to meet intake targets.
Work closely with colleagues across Henley Business School and external stakeholders.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
A confident telephone manner, with proven ability to engage and build rapport.
Sales, influencing, and negotiation skills.
Experience in recruitment, sales, or a similar service-focused role.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organization.
Proactive problem-solving and initiative.
Familiarity with CRM systems and effective data management.
