About the Role
We are looking for an Electronic Hardware Engineer with experience in schematic capture and PCB design to join our Grid Automation team. In this role, you will design, test, and support world-class hardware solutions that contribute directly to the global transition to green energy.
You will collaborate closely with colleagues in hardware, FPGA, software, mechanical, and project management teams, working across the full product lifecycle—from initial design and validation through to certification, production support, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Design and validate electronic hardware (analog and digital circuits).
Troubleshoot and perform root-cause analysis for production and field issues.
Support product certification (EMC, environmental compliance, and regulatory standards).
Develop test strategies, documentation, and reports.
Collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Certification teams to meet compliance and performance standards.
Provide technical support to production, service, and customer-facing teams.
Contribute to process improvement and design documentation practices.
Essential Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering (or equivalent experience).
Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB design (preferably Altium).
Strong understanding of analog and digital circuit design.
Familiarity with microprocessor-based embedded systems.
Basic knowledge of EMC/EMI principles and best practices.
Hands-on experience with lab test equipment (oscilloscopes, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, etc.).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Desirable Skills
Experience with EMC/EMI testing and product certification support.
Knowledge of compliance standards (e.g., CISPR, EN, FCC, IEC60255-26/27).
Familiarity with IEC61850 communication protocols.
Background in grid automation or protection products.
Understanding of IEC17025 accreditation processes or accredited lab experience.
