The Role
Henley Business School is seeking a Senior Recruitment Executive to support its postgraduate taught programme recruitment across the UK, Europe, CIS, and the Americas.
In this role, you will work closely with the Recruitment Manager to deliver the school’s student recruitment strategy, generating leads, managing candidate pipelines, and converting applications into enrolments. You will coordinate recruitment activities, manage communications, organize events, and oversee the candidate journey for a portfolio of postgraduate programmes.
Your work will be key to ensuring that Henley meets its intake and conversion targets by identifying, engaging, and enrolling high-quality students.
Key Responsibilities
Support delivery of postgraduate recruitment strategies across designated regions.
Generate leads and convert them into applications and enrolments.
Plan and deliver recruitment events and activities, both in-person and online.
Manage candidate pipelines and provide regular progress updates.
Implement targeted communications to prospective students.
Maintain effective systems, processes, and CRM usage to track progress.
Build and nurture relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
About You
You will bring strong sales or recruitment experience from a service-driven environment, along with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Confident telephone manner with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Proven influencing, negotiation, and sales ability.
High levels of organization, planning, and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities to tight deadlines.

Experience using CRM systems effectively.
