About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide professional support to the Director of the Student Experience Division.
This role is central to helping deliver the University’s strategic priorities and operational plans for Student Experience. You will provide high-quality administrative and organizational support, including:
Managing multiple complex diaries and coordinating day-to-day activities.
Organizing meetings, committees, and events to a consistently high standard.
Preparing and maintaining accurate documents, reports, and databases.
Implementing and developing systems and processes that improve efficiency.
The role also requires close collaboration with colleagues across the University, including members of the University Executive Group and Directors of Professional Services.
About You
The successful candidate will be someone who:
Anticipates needs and takes initiative to ensure smooth daily operations.
Acts as a trusted partner, aligning with the Director’s priorities and providing strategic support.
Is highly organized, efficient, and confident managing multiple responsibilities under pressure.
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work professionally and sensitively across different stakeholders.
