About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the HR Directorate and help shape the University’s approach to workforce and management information (MI) data. The role will give you scope to design and deliver changes that ensure data is used strategically to support decision-making and the wider institutional strategy.

You will report directly to one of the Assistant Directors of HR, using your expertise to translate complex workforce data into meaningful insights that inform leadership decisions.

What We’re Looking For

You will bring:

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to deliver evidence-based insights from complex datasets.
  • Experience preparing and successfully submitting Higher Education workforce datasets and MI (e.g., HESA, REF, TEF).
  • A proven track record in managing and developing HR systems and processes for workforce information in a complex organisation.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to present data clearly and concisely.
