About the Role
We are looking for a Process Improvement and Assurance Lead to strengthen the way we deliver services by improving efficiency, compliance, and confidence in our operations.
In this role, you will:
Lead the design, standardization, and assurance of core business processes.
Identify and reduce inefficiencies while embedding proportionate risk controls.
Drive continuous improvement using tools such as Lean and Six Sigma.
Manage a central repository of policies and procedures, ensuring ownership, governance, and regular updates.
Support process owners in embedding best practice and improving internal controls.
Work with Internal Audit and Compliance teams to lead control assessments, manage assurance frameworks, and ensure timely resolution of risks.
Facilitate workshops, coach colleagues, and help build a culture of accountability, simplicity, and improvement.

About You
You will bring:
Strong expertise in business process design, improvement, and assurance.
Knowledge of continuous improvement methods (Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent).
Experience in embedding risk controls, governance, and compliance frameworks.
Excellent facilitation and coaching skills to engage colleagues across the organization.
A proactive and confident approach, with the ability to influence change.
