About the Role
The University of Exeter is recruiting a full-time Assistant Technician to join its Technical Strategy & Operations team. This permanent position will provide technical and laboratory support across both Public Health and Sport Sciences (Faculty of Life Sciences) and the Graduate School of Education (GSE) (Faculty of Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences).
Based at St Luke’s Campus, the role will involve supporting both teaching and research laboratories, contributing to the delivery of high-quality learning, teaching, and research activities.
About the Team
Technical Strategy & Operations is part of the University’s Research Services Division, which plays a vital role in delivering the University’s Strategy 2030, Research and Impact Strategy, and REF performance goals.
The division is made up of skilled technical staff working across science, engineering, medicine, health, humanities, and the arts. Our technicians, experimental officers, and research support staff ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality research and teaching environments in labs, workshops, studios, and fieldwork.
