About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Director of the Student Experience Division. This is a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of the Director’s Office and supporting the delivery of the University’s strategic priorities for the student experience.
You will provide first-class organizational and administrative support, including:
Managing complex diaries and coordinating day-to-day activities.
Preparing and delivering high-quality documentation for meetings and committees.
Maintaining accurate records, databases, and systems.
Working closely with senior colleagues across the University, including the Executive Group and Directors of Professional Services.
This role is ideal for someone who can anticipate needs, take initiative, and act as a trusted partner to the Director—helping them remain focused on key strategic priorities.
