About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide professional, efficient support to the Director of the Division for the Student Experience. This key role is based within the Director’s Office and is instrumental in helping the Director deliver on the University’s strategic and operational goals related to student experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing the Director’s diary and daily schedule
Coordinating meetings and preparing agendas, papers, and action points
Ensuring high-quality administrative processes and systems are in place and up to date
Handling confidential information with discretion
Liaising with a range of senior stakeholders across the University, including the University Executive Group and Professional Services Directors
Supporting smooth communication and workflow between the Director’s Office and internal/external partners
You’ll need excellent attention to detail, strong organisational and communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
About You
You’ll be someone who:
Anticipates the needs of a busy senior leader
Works independently and takes initiative
Excels at managing schedules, information flow, and follow-up actions
Builds trust quickly and handles sensitive matters with professionalism
Is motivated to make a positive impact within the higher education sector
Ideally, you will have experience in a similar Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or high-level administrative support role within a large, complex organisation.
