Staff Nurse – Outpatients Department

Hours: 22.5 per week
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Staff Nurse to join our welcoming and supportive team in the Outpatients Department at East Cheshire NHS Trust.
This role offers the chance to work across a wide variety of outpatient clinics, including the Elective Treatment Centre, making it both varied and rewarding. You will have access to excellent training and development opportunities, helping you to expand your knowledge and grow in your nursing career.
Our outpatient services operate across five sites within the Trust, and some out-of-hours working may be required to meet service needs. For this reason, flexibility is important.
About the Role
As a Staff Nurse, you will be:
- Responsible and accountable for the assessment, planning, delivery and evaluation of nursing care within the Outpatients Department.
- Expected to take charge of the department in the absence of senior staff.
- Working closely with the wider nursing and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate care.
- Demonstrating clear and effective communication with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships across the Trust.
