Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing Education Consulting Sales Adviser to join our team. In this role, you will consult with prospective students and their families, understand their goals, and guide them through the process of selecting and enrolling in our academic support services.
This is a fully remote role, offering flexibility, international exposure, and high earning potential through uncapped commission.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct online consultations with prospective clients and introduce our services
Assess each client’s academic goals and recommend tailored service plans
Convert qualified leads into paying clients through a consultative sales approach
Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets
Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and referrals
Provide regular sales reports and performance insights
Stay up to date with UK and international university application processes and trends
What We’re Looking For
Required:
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 5 years of experience studying or working in Mainland China
Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written)
Proven success in sales roles, especially within education, consulting, or other high-trust services
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Coachable, motivated, and goal-oriented
Preferred:
2+ years of experience in direct sales (not marketing or business development)
Experience with high-ticket or B2C consultative sales
Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales processes
Ability to provide references to verify past sales performance
