About the Role

We are seeking a driven and empathetic Education Consulting Sales Adviser to join our team. You will play a critical role in engaging with prospective clients—students and their families—guiding them through high-value education decisions and helping them access our world-class consulting services.

This is a full-time remote role ideal for someone with a proven sales background who thrives in a consultative, client-focused environment. Mandarin Chinese and English fluency are required.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct virtual consultations with prospective students and families

Build trust, identify client goals, and design tailored service plans

Convert qualified leads into paying clients

Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Maintain ongoing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business

Stay informed on university admissions trends (UK and international)

Report regularly on sales performance and pipeline progress

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

Bachelor’s degree (required)

Minimum 5 years of experience working or studying in Mainland China (required)

Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English, both written and spoken (required)

Proven success in sales roles (ideally within education, consulting, or high-trust services)

Strong communication skills with the ability to guide clients through complex decisions

High level of professionalism and integrity; able to provide strong references

Results-driven, coachable, and motivated by impact and earnings

Desirable:

Experience in high-ticket sales or working with international families/students

Previous work in the education or EdTech sectors

Experience with CRM systems and consultative sales approaches
