- Salary: Grade 8, starting at £47,389 to £56,535 per annum (pro rata for part-time).

About the Role
The Department of Strategy and Marketing at the University of Sussex Business School is seeking a full-time Education & Scholarship Assistant Professor (E&S) in Strategy and Marketing, with expertise in global strategy and marketing.
You will work with colleagues across the department to deliver and develop modules within our portfolio, including (but not limited to):
- Marketing strategy
- International marketing
- Marketing analytics
- Consumer research and behaviour
- Global business environment
Key responsibilities include:
- Teaching: Delivering lectures, seminars, and workshops in areas such as business strategy, international trade, global markets, and organisational development. This also involves curriculum design, assessment, and student mentoring.
- Administration: Supporting course delivery, contributing to departmental operations, and engaging in faculty committees.
- Student Support: Supervising dissertations or projects, and guiding students in academic and professional development.

About You
Applicants should hold a PhD in Strategy, Marketing, or a related discipline and demonstrate substantial teaching experience within higher education. You will be able to design and deliver engaging teaching sessions, supported by evidence of strong student outcomes.
