About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Domiciliary Care Manager to lead our home care services at Richmond Villages Northampton, part of Bupa’s luxury retirement living communities. This role involves managing care delivery to residents in our Assisted Living and Independent Living apartments, ensuring high standards of person-centred care and supporting resident independence.

You’ll lead a team of care professionals, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure all care services comply with regulatory and organizational standards. Your leadership will be essential in maintaining a safe, supportive, and high-quality care environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the planning, delivery, and monitoring of high-quality domiciliary care services

Lead and support a team of caregivers to deliver personalized care

Ensure all care provided is compliant with CQC regulations and relevant health and safety standards

Manage care records, audits, and risk assessments effectively

Foster a supportive, respectful environment that promotes independence and wellbeing among residents

Collaborate with residents, families, and external stakeholders to ensure the best outcomes

Essential Requirements

Proven experience managing domiciliary or home care services

Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

In-depth knowledge of UK healthcare standards and CQC requirements

Flexible approach – ability to work some evenings or weekends when necessary

DBS check required (cost covered by Bupa)
