About the Role
As a Service Quality Manager, you will ensure high standards of care and compliance across multiple care homes. You’ll work closely with operations, home managers, and care staff to promote continuous improvement and resident satisfaction.
This is a mobile role, primarily based in East Anglia, with occasional travel to other regions as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to improve care quality across all sites.
- Carry out regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company policies.
- Identify areas for improvement and oversee corrective actions.
- Support care home managers with implementing quality initiatives and following care plans.
- Deliver training and guidance to staff on quality standards and procedures.
- Keep up to date with industry regulations and best practices.
- Assist managers in preparation for inspections and audits.
- Investigate complaints and incidents and implement preventive measures.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a quality-focused role within healthcare or the care home sector.
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to travel as required.
