About the Role

We are currently hiring Hearing Aid Audiologists across the UK to join Amplicon, a global leader in hearing care operating in 26 countries. As an Audiologist, you’ll play a key role in transforming the lives of our customers by providing expert hearing assessments, personalized care, and access to the latest hearing technology.

You’ll work closely with your Area Manager and a dedicated Customer Care Coordinator, focusing on delivering outstanding service and achieving both clinical and commercial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct hearing assessments and clearly explain available hearing solutions to clients

  • Fit, adjust, and provide ongoing support for hearing aids as part of Amplicon’s aftercare program

  • Manage the clinic and support staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

  • Maintain high standards of professionalism, courtesy, and customer service

  • Build lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders in the community

  • Ensure compliance with clinical and legal standards

  • Plan and manage your schedule to meet both customer needs and business objectives

  • Monitor and deliver on KPIs, taking action to improve performance where needed

What We’re Looking For:

Essential:

  • Registered Hearing Aid Dispenser with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent customer service mindset

  • Commercial awareness

  • Computer literate and confident using digital systems

  • Well-organized and self-motivated

  • Analytical and results-driven

  • Willingness to travel within your region

Desirable:

  • Full UK driving license

  • Previous experience in a commercial audiology setting

  • Base Salary: Up to £40,000 (based on experience)

  • Bonus: Uncapped performance-based pay
