JOB DESCRIPTION

This great family in Istanbul, Turkey is looking for an International Nanny to join their team and help them care for their two school-aged children and a toddler. The family is looking for someone friendly, bubbly, easy to live with, and proactive. The role will primarily involve caring for their beautiful child. The older child has her own nanny, but the nanny will also be responsible for her while the other nanny is absent or travelling. The ideal nanny will be physically active, not afraid to carry their child up the stairs, run in the garden with them, and plan a variety of activities and playdates. All nanny chores are anticipated, including housework and cooking for the child. Their child currently does not eat in the same way as the rest of the family, thus the nanny will be in charge of making their child’s supper. It would be fantastic if the nanny could join them for six or eight weeks each year when they went to Europe.

Someone who can speak French is preferable, but they will also consider English-speaking candidates. This role requires a valid first-aid qualification.Working hours: 12/06 or 24/06.

Accommodation: Private bedroom and bathroom.

Duties include:

• Cooking nutritious meals for youngsters
• Following the morning and afternoon rituals
• Change nappies and assist in potty/toilet training.
• Helping older children with their assignments
• Teaching general life skills including basic cleanliness and etiquette
• Plan activities and playdates.
• Preparing and providing nutritious food for youngsters.
• preparing and assisting with bath and bedtime.
• Cleaning and washing up after children’s meals.
• Reporting all activities and issues to parents.
