Your Key Responsibilities
As a Social Worker, you will:
- Work within a restorative practice framework to build partnerships with families
- Undertake statutory assessments under Section 17 and Section 47 of the Children Act 1989
- Lead and coordinate multi-agency plans and interventions
- Carry out direct work with children, ensuring their voice, wishes and views inform planning
- Maintain compliance with all safeguarding legislation, policies, and procedures
About You
We’re looking for passionate professionals who can bring energy, empathy, and insight to our team. You’ll need to:
- Be a qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Worker england.
- Have at least 2 years post-qualifying experience (ideally in a UK statutory setting)
- Demonstrate sound understanding of safeguarding frameworks and legal thresholds
- Possess strong communication, analytical and organisational skills
- Show confidence working in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality support
