At HORIBA MIRA, we are expanding our Project Management function and seeking a dynamic Programme Manager to lead the successful delivery of multiple projects. This is an exciting opportunity to take charge of a portfolio of initiatives spanning technology, customers, and geographies—ranging from quick-turnaround local operations to multi-year, multi-million-pound programmes.

Your Role

As Programme Manager, you will provide strategic oversight and leadership across a suite of related projects. You’ll ensure each project is delivered to the highest standard, meeting stakeholder expectations and delivering value across the business.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing a group of interconnected projects that align around a key theme (customer, technology, region, or methodology)
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and consistent experience across all project touchpoints
  • Working collaboratively across teams to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to scope
  • Representing HORIBA MIRA both in the UK and potentially overseas during project delivery phases

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

  • Proven experience in leading large or complex project portfolios
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to see the bigger picture while tracking the details
  • Flexibility and the confidence to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • A valid UK driving licence
  • Willingness to travel both across the UK and internationally if required
