Join Our Team as a Social Worker – Hastings and Rother Neighbourhood Support Team

We’re currently seeking two qualified Social Workers to join our friendly, supportive, and fast-paced Hastings and Rother Neighbourhood Support Team. No two days are the same as we work with over 5,000 adults, families, and carers whose primary support needs may relate to:
- Physical and age-related disabilities
- Neurological conditions
- End of life care
- Mild to moderate mental health issues
- Learning disabilities and autism
About the Role
You will undertake statutory assessments under the Care Act 2014 and the Mental Capacity Act 2005, while also supporting:
- Safeguarding enquiries
- Court of Protection work
- Transitions for young people into adult services
Collaboration is key—we work closely with other teams and agencies through a multi-disciplinary approach.
