About the Role
The School of Law and Social Sciences at Aston University is a thriving and ambitious multidisciplinary school known for excellence in both teaching and research. We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Lecturer in English Language to join our team on a part-time basis.
In this role, you will contribute to undergraduate teaching in English language and linguistics, with a particular focus on modules such as the History of English and Discourse Analysis. You will also have opportunities to engage more broadly with departmental activities.
About You
You should hold a completed doctorate in a relevant field and possess proven experience teaching undergraduate English programmes. Your expertise should span a range of English language and linguistics topics. We are especially keen to hear from candidates who can contribute to teaching the history of English and discourse analysis.
