About the Role

We’re currently recruiting Senior Social Workers to join the Family Safeguarding Service within a supportive and forward-thinking local authority. The team works with children and families using a strengths-based, child-centred approach that promotes positive outcomes and long-term change.

What We’re Looking For

To be eligible, you must:

• Hold a Diploma or Degree in Social Work
• Be registered with Social Work England
• Have the right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is available if you already have UK-based experience)
• Bring substantial post-qualification experience in frontline statutory social work teams
• Have strong knowledge of current legislation, policy, and best practices
