This is your opportunity to make a real impact by supporting individuals on their journey to recovery and reintegration into the community.
About the Role

- Attend multi-agency meetings and contribute to coordinated care planning.
- Maintain accurate, confidential records and uphold data protection standards.
About You
We’re looking for someone with empathy, strong interpersonal skills, and a genuine desire to support people through recovery. Ideally, you’ll have experience working with individuals who have complex drug and alcohol issues and be confident in managing risks.
You will also have:
- Excellent assessment and case management skills.
- Knowledge of safeguarding practices and confidentiality protocols.
- High attention to detail, especially when supporting individuals under statutory requirements.
- Proficiency in IT and data systems for managing case records.
- A flexible, team-oriented approach and a commitment to continuous learning.
About the Team
New Hope is Bracknell Forest’s central hub for drug and alcohol services. We are a highly motivated and supportive team, working together to ensure our residents receive the best possible support. You’ll join a team that values compassion, collaboration, and evidence-based practice.
