As our reputation continues to grow, we’re looking for a passionate and skilled Curry Specialist Chef to join our team and bring culinary excellence to every plate.

Your Role

As a Curry Specialist Chef, you will take the lead in preparing high-quality Indian and Nepalese curry dishes that reflect traditional flavours and techniques. From marination to plating, your expertise will play a vital role in delivering a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare a variety of Indian and Nepalese curries, including vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.
  • Maintain consistency, taste, and quality in every dish.
  • Create and adjust curry sauces and accompaniments according to the menu and customer preferences.
  • Cater to special dietary needs and ensure accurate portion control.
  • Contribute to menu development by introducing new curry dishes.
  • Train kitchen staff and assist front-of-house staff in understanding the dishes.
  • Manage stock levels for your section and minimise waste.
  • Ensure strict compliance with food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards.
  • Marinate meats, seafood, and vegetables using authentic spice blends and fresh ingredients.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in Indian cuisine, specifically in curry preparation.
  • Deep understanding of traditional spices, techniques, and regional flavour profiles.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure kitchen environment.
  • Strong communication and team leadership skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Working references will be required.
