The Bramley Health Group is entering an exciting phase of expansion. We’re thrilled to announce the upcoming opening of The Willows—a newly refurbished, 24-bed nursing home located in Dartford, set to launch in early 2025.

We’re looking for passionate and skilled Nurses who are committed to delivering high-quality clinical care while embodying the core values of The Bramley Health Group. As a nurse at The Willows, you’ll lead from the front—playing a key role in shaping a nurturing culture and ensuring the wellbeing of every service user.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and delivering personalised care plans
• Act as a primary nurse for a designated group of service users, as directed by the Home Manager
• Participate in clinical meetings and promptly report concerns or observations
• Support residents with day-to-day activities, ensuring dignity and independence
• Encourage and assist residents to take part in therapeutic activities and structured programmes aimed at improving skills and confidence

What We’re Looking For:

• A current and active NMC registration
• Experience working with individuals with mental health needs
• A flexible and adaptable approach to shift patterns
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
