We are currently hiring for a role with the most popular buffet restaurant chain in the Greater Glasgow and Clyde area, which is now opening a new branch in Dunfermline. Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager
Employer: Large Multi-Cuisine Restaurant
Location: Dunfermline, Scotland
Gross OTE Salary Package: Approx. £32,000 (+ share of service charge + targeted bonus)
Weekly Working Hours/Days: 48 hours / 5 days

Your role will involve assisting with the smooth and efficient running of front-of-house operations, including administrative duties, customer service, and practical tasks. The primary focus is to ensure a polished customer experience that aligns with the prestige and quality of the restaurant.
Minimum Requirements for Consideration:
Eligibility to live and work in the UK
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, plus a minimum of 3 years in progressively responsible positions
Formal training at a world-renowned hospitality institution
Personal alcohol license
Relevant Health & Safety certifications and knowledge of HACCP protocols
Strong leadership, multitasking, and organizational skills
Must reside within a one-hour commute of Dunfermline

This opportunity is open to both UK and international candidates, as well as Tier 4 UK graduates with relevant qualifications in hospitality or business, who are seeking UKVI Skilled Worker (Tier 2) visa sponsorship.
