JOB SUMMARY
TSD is looking for a bright manager to join our senior team and lead TSD through the next stage of its evolution.
As a key member of the TSD management team, this role will serve as a key liaison between TSD and The School of Innovation and Technology (each technical manager is assigned a school), and will be in charge of managing a group of workshop teams from Printmaking, Silversmithing & Jewellery, Casting, the Makerspace team, and the Forres technical team.
You will be a clear communicator who can build relationships at all levels of the school, have experience managing and developing complex teams, and understand the various processes used across TSD, as well as the associated health and safety risks and student expectations.

The position is for a one-year fixed-term contract and is open to both internal secondment prospects and discussions with external candidates.
