Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an electronics engineer to design the hardware for high-performance electrical systems.

Key responsibilities:

• Design of electronic circuits and systems from specification to construction and testing.
• Working with other engineers, you will create, test, and debug embedded systems at all stages of the project, from prototype to production.
• You will be involved in testing and debugging, as well as responsible for documenting designs in accordance with company quality standards.
• Encourage and participate in design reviews.
• Working with the project team to establish milestones and timelines.
• Offering technical help to other departments.
• Working with suppliers and contractors to guarantee quality service given in a timely manner.

Essential Skills:

• Excellent communication abilities.
• Analogue and digital electronics.
• Design for manufacturing.
• Schematic capture and PCB layout utilising CAD tools, preferably Altium.
• A thorough understanding of test procedures, including EMC and compliance testing
• Capability to develop, illustrate, and justify potential design solutions for new needs and enhancements to current functional units
• Designing to the required international standards.
• Authoring specifications, such as conformance test plans, to demonstrate that designs meet standards and functional requirements
• Creating technical design documents that demonstrate how designs will fit the requirements outlined in product specifications.
• Strong understanding of the firmware development process to support the firmware team.
• Integrating designs into firm quality systems and ensuring that necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
