Job Overview

We’re looking for a highly driven and experienced Retail Manager to join our team. As a Retail Manager, you will be in charge of monitoring the day-to-day operations of our retail store. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing amazing customer service and increasing sales.

Responsibilities

  •  Manage and oversee all parts of the retail store, such as sales, inventory, and customer service.
  • Create and implement strategies to boost sales and achieve or surpass targets.
  •  Train and motivate retail employees to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
  •  Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock on time.
  • Design and maintain visual merchandising displays to attract customers.
  • Respond professionally to customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations.
  • Follow company policies and procedures.
  • Evaluate retail staff performance on a regular basis.

 

Qualifications

  • Previous shop management experience
  •  Strong organisational and leadership abilities
  •  Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Fluency in Spanish or other languages preferred
  •  Proven track record of increasing revenue and meeting targets.
  • Understanding of fundamental maths for cash transactions
  •  Skilled at upselling items and services to customers
  •  Experienced with POS systems and retail software
  •  Excellent phone manners.
