An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join the dedicated clinical team at the Ellesmere Port Hospital. This role offers exposure to a broad mix of first-opinion and referral cases, giving clinicians the opportunity to enhance their diagnostic, surgical, and clinical decision-making skills.

• Working Schedule
• 40 hours per week
• 4-day working week
• 1 in 4.5 weekend rota (2:9 weekends)
• Participation in the bank holiday rota

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality veterinary care to a diverse caseload of small animals
• Perform consultations, diagnostics, and surgical procedures
• Collaborate with nurses and clinical colleagues to deliver excellent patient outcomes
• Communicate clearly with pet owners regarding treatment options and care plans
• Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with professional standards
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the hospital
