IPS is a proven, evidence-based approach that focuses on supporting individuals to find jobs that match their strengths and aspirations — and crucially, to sustain those roles over time. Employment can provide routine, independence, social connection, and a renewed sense of purpose, all of which play a vital role in recovery.

Despite strong motivation among service users, only a small proportion are currently in paid work. This role contributes directly to closing that gap by providing practical, person-centred employment support.

You’ll play a hands-on role in ensuring that each individual receives consistent, meaningful support throughout their employment journey.
