As Head Veterinary Surgeon, you’ll lead a well-established and supportive team while shaping the clinical direction and future growth of a busy, modern practice in Scunthorpe.

- No out-of-hours work
No Sundays or on-call duties
Flexible working patterns (full-time or part-time)
Fairly shared Saturday rota
Your Role
You’ll balance clinical responsibilities with leadership duties, including:
- Delivering high-quality medical and surgical care
Leading and mentoring the veterinary and nursing team
Supporting clinical development and maintaining standards
Contributing to strategic decisions and practice growth
Working independently when required (sole charge confident)
An interest in surgery is welcomed but not essential—we’ll support your professional interests.

- 1 Veterinary Surgeon (working towards advanced surgical certification)
3 Registered Veterinary Nurses
1 Student Veterinary Nurse
1 Veterinary Care Assistant
