You’ll be navigating complex, multi-country environments, working with diverse stakeholders, and helping organisations adopt cutting-edge technology to improve their impact. If you enjoy solving challenging problems, building relationships across cultures, and closing meaningful enterprise deals, this opportunity offers both scale and purpose.

Translate high-level commercial strategy into targeted outreach and deal execution plans
Managing Complex Sales Cycles
- Lead multi-country enterprise deals, often involving six-figure contract values
Navigate procurement processes, budget cycles, and approval structures across different jurisdictions
Engaging Stakeholders
- Build relationships with a wide range of decision-makers including executives, trustees, programme leaders, IT teams, and procurement committees
Align priorities across organisations with matrix or federated governance structures
Market Expertise & Insights
- Act as a regional specialist on nonprofit trends, regulatory frameworks, and competitor positioning
Share insights internally to strengthen product direction and go-to-market strategy
Ecosystem Development
- Establish partnerships with nonprofit networks, technology providers, and sector influencers across EMEA
Engage with organisations such as sector bodies and collaborative networks to expand visibility and reach
Global Collaboration
- Work closely with international teams across time zones, particularly US-based colleagues
Adapt global sales playbooks to suit regional market conditions
Compliance & Data Responsibility
- Ensure all activities align with GDPR and UK GDPR standards
Address customer concerns related to data privacy, sovereignty, and AI usage
What We’re Looking For
You’ll likely succeed in this role if you:
- Have 5+ years of experience selling into EMEA markets, ideally in enterprise or emerging technology environments
Are skilled at managing complex, multi-country sales processes
Have closed high-value enterprise deals (six figures or more)
Understand data protection frameworks like GDPR and can confidently address client concerns
Thrive in autonomous roles and consistently meet or exceed targets
Communicate effectively across cultures and present confidently to senior stakeholders
Speak fluent English (additional European languages such as French, German, or Spanish are a strong advantage)
Have a genuine interest in AI and its responsible use
Are motivated by social impact and mission-driven work
Additional Experience That Stands Out
While not essential, strong candidates may also bring:

Knowledge of international development funding structures and donor ecosystems
Familiarity with nonprofit technology platforms such as CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce NPSP, Blackbaud, CiviCRM)
Existing connections within the EMEA nonprofit or consulting community
Experience engaging with large international organisations or UK-based charities
Insight into sector-specific challenges (e.g., humanitarian aid, health, environment, migration)
Role Logistics
- Location: London or Dublin preferred (hybrid working model)
Office Expectation: Minimum 25% in-office presence
Travel: Up to 40% across EMEA, plus occasional travel to San Francisco
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

Includes base salary and performance-based incentives
Visa sponsorship available (subject to eligibility)
Immigration support provided where required
Flexible working arrangements
