We are currently seeking a Senior Admissions Officer (Projects) to join our team.
About the Role
In this role, you will take a leading position in the development, coordination, and delivery of key event-based admissions projects, ensuring alignment with the University’s core principles of fairness, consistency, and transparency. You will be responsible for optimising and implementing admissions processes aimed at improving conversion in key markets. This will include supporting major activities such as student onboarding through strategic partnerships, in-country offer making, confirmation, clearing, and applicant engagement—all while ensuring a smooth applicant experience and operational efficiency.
You will work closely with colleagues across Admissions, External Relations, Academic Schools, and Professional Services to effectively plan and execute admissions-related initiatives. Acting as a key liaison, you will provide expert guidance, promote continuous process improvements, and ensure compliance with institutional policies and external regulatory requirements.
By leveraging data insights and digital tools, you will recommend and implement enhancements to admissions operations, identifying opportunities for greater efficiency and innovation. Your contributions will help improve the applicant journey, align with institutional objectives, and uphold the highest standards of service.
This is a full-time, permanent position.
