About the Practice
Premier Pulmonary Critical Care and Sleep Medicine is a rapidly growing, physician-led group serving patients across North Texas. Our clinicians manage the full spectrum of pulmonary and sleep disorders—from asthma and COPD to pulmonary fibrosis, sleep apnea, neuromuscular respiratory conditions, chronic cough, ILD, bronchiectasis, Alpha-1 antitrypsin deficiency, and more.
The practice is recognized for its commitment to advanced interventional pulmonary procedures and innovative diagnostic technologies, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care.
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Outpatient Pulmonary & Sleep Physician who values collaborative care and work–life balance. This role is designed for physicians who want to focus primarily on outpatient practice, with no mandatory hospital call and no inpatient coverage requirements, unless voluntarily chosen.

Work Schedule
- Monday–Thursday: Outpatient clinic
- Friday: Flexible—procedures, inpatient rounding, or administrative time
- Optional hospital-based pulmonary rounding for interested physicians

Ideal Candidate
